Soon, Lindsey received the documents sent by Florence.
Currently, Luminova had its eyes on three promising projects; two TV dramas and one variety show.
Lindsey smiled as she looked at the title of one of the dramas. She remembered that it had been very popular in her previous life. However, due to Patrick’s interference, Luminova had missed the opportunity to invest in it
Tapping her fingers on the desktop, she said, “Ms. Calloway, I think “Fateful Encounter is a good one. The company should consider investing in it.”

“I heard that June wants to participate in that variety show. Patrick wants to put all the money into the show, Florence said with resentment.
Lindsey glanced at the name of the variety show; it was a program with few viewers. She told Florence. “Leave this matter to me.”

After hanging up the phone, Lindsey felt it was time to visit the company. Moreover, upon hearing about Patrick’s actions, Lindsey strongly suspected that there were also issues with Luminova’s finances.

Patrick was still sleeping in. Upon hearing the news, he jolted upright in bed.
“Why didn’t you stop her?” he angrily demanded.
“I couldn’t. Ms. Calloway just took her in without a word, the security guard replied.
Patrick gritted his teeth. “That hag again”
He got up and hurried towards the company, not forgriting to call Olivia on the way to complain. “Olivia, what’s Lindsey doing at the company? Could it be that she’s caught wind of something!”
Olivia was also surprised. She glanced at Anthony in bed and quietly went to the balcony. “It’s possible. That little bitch complained to Anthony yesterday, telling him about the bags I bought for tens of thousands of dollars,” she said
“She’s been acting very strangely lately, becoming very suspicious and not as easy to deceive as before. Be careful when you encounter her,” Olivia

She had suspected issues with the company’s finances for a long time. Patrick’s extravagant spending had long exceeded his income. She couldn’t believe for a moment that he was clean.
Thus, the two of them stormed into the finance department. The staff there had long been replaced by Patrick’s men. Seeing the two coming with ill intent, they were even more on guard.
“You say she’s a director, and that makes her one? She doesn’t even have an ID badge. Why should we believe you? Ms. Calloway, stop making a scene, one of the finance department employers said.
