I walked into the bar and the first thing I noticed was that it looked like every other bar just a little less fancier than what I was used to in the past

“Oh my God! Finally, I was beginning to think you changed your mind.” She stood up hugging me. She’s wearing a green gown that looks stunning on her.
I ordered what she was having and we both sat back down and talked about everything, everything being the chaos that has been my life in the past few months.

How hasn’t anyone seen what’s happening? What kind of fucking bar is this?
A few moments later, they both pulled away from us and turned us around.
“Let’s take them home, shall we?” They laughed at each other and then grabbed us.

All of a sudden, the door flew open and two very furious men with guns rushed towards us. Before I could even process that they were here, they rushed to our side of the bar shooting down anyone who dared to block their path. They fall dead leaving the two holding us up.
Just when I was heaving a sigh of relief, I felt a cold metal pressed against my temple. “Try anything and she dies. The man said slowly.
Leonardo looks at him with something indescribable in his eyes then shoots at me with nothing but worry and fury. Russo’s eyes shot from both me to Isabella. I have never seen such emotion in his eyes but right now, he looked so vulnerable. I’m sure he thinks it’s his fault this is happening.

A split second later, the guy holding Isabella dropped to the ground but not fully dead. Russo quickly rushed to her side, catching her mid–fall Screams erupted through the club as people scattered around in a hurry to leave. Somehow, security didn’t come in though, even my bodyguard was nowhere in sight.
I fell back to the wall, my entire body shaking as I tried to catch my breath. Leonardo was by my side in two strides as he pulled me into his chest. My sobs exploded and I gripped onto him not wanting an inch of space between us. He has one hand by my waist and one hand over my head, bolding me in place.
“I’m here, anymore. I’m here. Just take a deep breath.” I tried to take a deep breath but I just couldn’t. My breathing speeds up rather and then all of a sudden it stops and my muscles grow weak.
“Alessia?” He lifts my head, looking down at me. My breathing has completely stopped and it won’t start again. “Alessia, breathe for fuck’s sake!” I looked up at him, clutching my hand to my throat as an indication that I could not breathe. My body goes limp. Then everything goes blank.
