Leo asked Tommy if he knew where his father was.
Tommy was silent at first, but after a long while, he slowly nodded.
Jack and Ella’s bodies were found.
On a remote island.
The autopsy determined that Ella had been murdered and had suffered inhuman torture before her death.
She was missing three or four organs, her teeth and nails had been forcibly removed, and the fatal wound was a knife injury to her neck.
The murderer was extremely cruel. A little more, and her head would have been completely separated from her body.
Jack’s death was basically determined to be suicide. Apart from the wounds on his wrists, there were no other fatal injuries on his body.
Combined with Tommy’s testimony, the police concluded that Jack was the murderer who killed Ella.
He had taken Ella to the island, tortured her, killed her, and then committed suicide as penance.
The police asked Tommy if his father had said anything before he died, and how he had escaped from the island.
Tommy seemed to have no sadness at all about his father’s death.
He sat in the interrogation room, his tone as old as if he was talking about a very ordinary matter.
“He said he was sorry to Mom, that he was going down to accompany Mom, and begged for Mom’s forgiveness.

Tommy laughed suddenly as he said this.
“But Mom will never forgive him. It was he who killed Mom. Even if he’s dead, he can only
o to hell.”
“Mom is going to heaven.”
Mentioning me, Tommy became a bit sad again.
As he laughed, he started crying again.
“I miss Mom so much. Officer, can you help me find my mom back……”
Tommy lost control of his emotions and cried uncontrollably in the interrogation room.
The police officers exchanged a glance, then took Tommy to the psychological counseling room.
Throughout the whole process, Tommy never revealed how he had escaped from that
island.
