Morgan scoffed in disdain and said, “Sandra, you’re too softhearted. If you ask me, just ignore him. Let him suffer a little outside and he’ll come crawling back.“}
He added smugly, “Besides, without the Wilson Family, he is nothing. He is just an outsider. Nothing but a dog you raised. He should be grateful just to have a bite to eat, yet he dares to think he can compete with Adam!“}
Morgan was still speaking proudly when the wedding photo crashed on his head.
Sandra’s whole body trembled but she could not utter a single word. So, this was how Morgan saw Regan. No! This was how everyone saw Regan, including her own parents.

Adam even stood protectively in front of Morgan and bared his teeth at Sandra as he yelled, “You’re not my mom! You’re woman! When I inherit the Wilson Family business, I’ll kick you out onto the streets and make you eat trash!“}

Sandra froze while looking at Adam. She could not believe the words coming out of her own son’s mouth. This was the child she had loved despite her guilt.
Sandra stared blankly at Anna and Adam, as they sobbed, but for the first time, they felt like strangers to her. So, Sandra spoke one word at a time, “Morgan, take the kids back to the Filici Country and never come back. I’ll send child support every month, but I’m taking all the shares back. My lawyer will handle the paperwork.”
Morgan shot to his feet. His eyes widened with disbelief as he looked at Sandra.
“Sandra, those shares belong to Adam and Anna! You have no right to take them back! For so many years, have you ever acted like a real mother? If anything, you owe them this. I won’t agree to you taking the shares!” he barked.
Sandra stared at him in disbelief. He had always said his greatest wish was for their family of four to be together, that material things whether companies, villas, or others meant nothing to him. Yet the first thing out of his mouth was about the shares, asking what right she had to take them back. Moreover, he did not say he did not want to return to Filici Country.
