Chapter 10%
Hearing his words, Morgan pun around instantly and clamped a hand over Adam’s mouth. His eyes flashed with panic as he looked at Sandra.
At that moment, a thunderous explosion went off in Sandra’s mind. She stared hard at Adam and Anna.
She had only been able to hold them for a brief moment after giving birth before returning to this country. The next time she saw them was when the baby had been a hundred days old. What mother would ever imagine that the children she had carried in her womb were not actually hers?!
Sandra’s face turned deathly pale. Her fingers trembled as she pointed at Morgan and asked, “Who is Adam looking for? Who is his mother?”
Moments later, the doctor arrived and conducted a DNA test by drawing their blood.
Morgan erupted in fury. He cursed Sandra for being heartless. He shouted that no mother would ever question her own children. How was Adam supposed to live with such an accusation? How could he hold his head up in high society?}
Sandra simply had the bodyguards hold him down while she sat there, in an eerily calmness, as her blood was drawn.

One time, when a homeless man harassed Sandra, Morgan heroically stepped in and put up a dramatic fight.
Then, one day, Morgan took Sandra to visit his terminally ill mother. The elderly woman clutched his hand and wept. She was lamenting that she would die full of regrets, that she would never see her son get married and have children.
That night, Morgan downed an entire bottle of liquor and sobbed uncontrollably in Sandra’s arms. At that time, Sandra had also been drinking and in a moment of impulsivity, she had agreed to have his child.
That night, they ended up having sex together. The next morning, Morgan knelt before her and swore that he wouldn’t interfere with her life and that he would leave once the child was born.
Thirty days later, Sandra found out that she was expecting.
