Chapter 13
Alpha Frank quickly crouched down and looked at Sam’s flushed face.
“I’ll take you to the emergency room right away!”
I watched as Nill lifted Sam’s upper garment and saw a patch of red rashes.
“What did you feed Sam just now?” he asked sharply.
I knew that knowing the allergen would make dealing with the situation much easier.
The butler quickly racked his brain.
“I took her downstairs just now. I bought him a cupcake… There was, there was almond

powder in it!”
Alpha Frank had been allergic to almonds since he was a child.
It was astonishing that this child had the same allergen as him!
Nill was about to take Sam from the butler. but Alpha Frank gave him a cold look.
“You still need someone to stay by your side here, Nancy. I would never harm her child. Let me take Sam!” he said firmly.
Nill grit his teeth and watched as Alpha Frank ran off with the child in his arms like a gust of wind.
Then, in a fit of anger, Nill punched the wall.
Blood slowly trickled from his knuckles.

Ever since he arrived at the hospital in the morning, Alpha Frank hadn’t been in a good state.
The little body in his arms was light and soft.
As he looked at the child, he noticed an inexplicable resemblance between his features and his own.
When his ankle gave way as he was dashing down the stairs, he instinctively held the child tightly in his arms, using his arm and back to shield him from the hard and sharp edges of the steps.
With great effort, Alpha Frank got up and quickly checked Sam’s condition.
A searing pain shot through his ankle, but he didn’t dare to waste a single moment.

Gritting his teeth, he ran towards the emergency room.
The doctor quickly determined Sam’s condition based on the allergen.
After administering a dose of adrenaline and an anti–histamine, the terrifying red rashes. finally started to fade.
Alpha Frank held the examination report.
To his shock, Sam had the same rare panda blood type as him.
His heart began to pound violently as he recalled that night he fucked me hard in the kitchen a few years ago.
I was in the intensive care unit. Alpha Frank walked to the door. The walls here were

made of glass, allowing him to clearly see Nill bend down and gently kiss my cheek.
“Thank you” Nill’s eyes were red, and he choked back sobs.
“Thank you for waking up, Nancy.”
I reached out and touched Nill’s face.
“Thank you,” I said in a low voice with my eyes closed.
“Nill. If it weren’t for you, I might have died three years ago. I wouldn’t have such a wonderful child like Sam, and I wouldn’t have a happy future…”
Nill’s tears fell onto my cheek, and I let out a soft laugh.
“Thank you for loving me.”

“You silly,” Nill couldn’t help but laugh as well.
Alpha Frank walked away in a sorry state, unwilling to see us embracing each other quietly.
Leaning against the wall, he cried helplessly.
On the day of my discharge from the hospital, the sky was exceptionally clear.
Nill carried Sam and got into the car first, then turned around to pick me up.
“I’m all right now,” I said with a smile.
But Nill didn’t give me a chance to argue.
He picked me up in his arms and gently placed me in the car.

Just as the car was about to start, I casually looked out of the window and saw Alpha Frank standing straight at the hospital entrance.
I was slightly taken aback, then gently patted Nill’s shoulder.
“I’ll be right back. I need to go down for a moment.”
Nill had actually seen Alpha Frank earlier but didn’t want to pay attention to him.
He was a bit helpless, so he turned off the engine and watched as I got out of the car.
I smiled and gave him a gentle kiss on the cheek.
“I’ll be back soon. Stay in the car with Sam.”

I walked towards Alpha Frank, and the gentle breeze stirred my hair.
“Alpha Frank,” I called softly.
When Alpha Frank saw me approaching, his eyes instantly turned red.
Suddenly, he knelt down with a “thud” and tightly grasped the hem of my clothes with both hands.
“Nancy, please forgive me. Come back to me! I’ve been living in regret every day for all these years.”
I was startled by this sudden action and took an involuntary step backward.
Alpha Frank looked up, his face streaked with tears. “I know Sam is my child. I can’t lose you two again.”

“Alpha Frank, get up.”
“Nancy, I really know I was wrong. I will spend my whole life making it up to you and Sam.”
I took a deep breath,
“Alpha Frank, the past is in the past.
“Nancy, have you really forgotten our past feelings?”
“I haven’t forgotten,” my voice was gentle but resolute. “But everything can’t go back to the way it was. You should let go of the past and live a good life.”
With that, I turned around and quickly walked towards the car.

When Nill saw me coming back, the tension in his heart finally dissipated.
I got into the car, wearing a faint smile on my face. “Let’s go.”
The car slowly started moving.
From then on, no matter where I went – whether it was a bustling marketplace, a peaceful park, or a quiet street – I would always catch a glimpse of a figure in the distance, watching over us.
That person was Alpha Frank.
He lingered like a shadow, silently protecting us, a bittersweet reminder of a past that could never be rewritten, but a testament to the depth of his feelings that would never truly fade.

Book 4: The Cursed Prophecy
On the Luna crowning day, a tempest loomed. I warned the alpha that Luna Snow would doom the pack. Enraged, he banished me to the Red Lair.
There, my jealous sister used my blood in dark magic, claiming a blessed future with Luna’s son. I lost my arm’s function and foresight.
Months later, Luna vanished, lies unraveled. Regret – stricken, the alpha, a wounded beast, thought only I could save the pack.
He gave me a potion, a death sentence. I drank it with no choice.
