Alpha Alexander ignored her, looking at me with a mix of awe and delight.

Meanwhile, Aria looked anxious, “Brother Alexander! You promised that I would become your Luna. How could you break your word?”
“Shut up! You can’t even keep things straight at home, let alone manage an entire pack!”
Alpha Alexander’s expression was stern, a side of him I had never seen before.
Aria turned pale, almost transparently so, like a wilting flower. No matter how pitiful she appeared, she didn’t get a second glance from Alpha Alexander.

I had heard about the chaos in the pack after I left.
