On the day construction began on the Moco Museum, a grand groundbreaking ceremony was held. I was filled
with emotion. In fact, I couldn’t help but thank my late parents.
When I turned around, I found that Leo had appeared beside me at some point. A smile appeared on his
handsome face as he looked at me. The moment I saw it, my heart skipped a beat for no reason.
For the entire summer, I ran to the construction site every day, keeping track of the museum’s progress. Consequently, I got a healthier complexion, better body and overall healthier condition. Thus, Leo always found an excuse to take me out to eat, claiming it was his way of rewarding me.
Slowly but surely, I felt happier.
Not long after that, I saw news about Neil and Marion on the internet again. Unfortunately, Marion and James quarreled many times after she miscarried. Both of them finally divorced, It was a very terrible divorce.
On the other hand, Neil didn’t choose to stay with Marion. Instead, I heard that he wanted to leave everything behind in the company and search for me everywhere. However, his father angrily told him to stop.
It was no longer my business, though.
When the maple leaves turned red as we headed to the autumn season, the Moco Museum was completed and officially opened. I had waited too long for this art museum.
In the past, I would do my best to be the Mrs. Brown so that Neil wouldn’t be embarrassed of me and living frugally. I could only bury this wish deep in my computer. But in the end, Neil used it to please Marion.
On the other hand, I had it different with Leo. During construction, when the budget exceeded expectations, I went to Leo, worried. But he simply said that as long as the result was good, there was no need to worry about the money, he would never be short of it.
Not only did the man invest ten billion in the art museum, he even donated ten times that amount to the Bright

Not only did the man invest ten DINION in the antmuseum, The even wat ten times at a to the Dilyn Children of the Sky Foundation. This man was truly rich, not in materials only as he was also rich at heart.
During the opening ceremony, I became incredibly excited and subconsciously hugged Leo to celebrate the opening of the museum. When I realized that the hug might be too much, I wanted to let go of my hand. After all, I
was embarrassed.
Yet, Leo gently hugged me back. The gentle musk smell from him made me let him hug me for a while. However, it didn’t last long as something terrible then happened.
“Sophia!”
An angry voice came from behind me. I looked up and saw an unexpected figure in front of me. But it was
someone whom I never wished to meet anymore. Marion.
Marion’s eyes were filled with hatred.
“Sophia, I knew you weren’t dead! Do you know how much you’ve hurt me?”
The woman then continued shouting, “Sophia, you destroyed me! You’re hiding here like a thief, finding another
man as if nothing ever happened!”
Leo frowned when he heard this.
Marion’s hair was messy. She no longer looked like the beauty she used to be. Instead, she actually looked pitiful. Madness burned in her eyes.
She sneered as she kept yelling, “You went to great lengths to get Oxford University’s social circle to post about
this art museum, flaunting your so–called talent for design. Even my former mentor asked me if you were the one
who designed it.”
“The moment I saw the photo, I knew it was yours.”
“Tell me! Why do you always have to fight with me? Why do you want to destroy my happiness?”
“Why? Just because I used your design to build a shopping mall, you’re not convinced? Now you want to build an art museum to challenge me?”
“What qualifications does a loser like you have to compete with me?”
Her harsh words left me cold. We had once been best friends, sharing the same heart and soul. Yet, she had
stolen James and taken all of Neil’s attention. Unfortunately, that still had not been enough for her. After all, she still wanted to trample me underfoot.
From beginning to end, I had never hated her, but she despised me to the bone.
I looked coldly at my former best friend.
“I never thought of competing with you, nor did I intend to destroy your so–called happiness. You were the one
who stole James from me with dishonorable means and provoked Neil.”
“The art museum was originally my idea. You stole my designs without permission and turned them into
something unrecognizable.”
