When Rosy, the current wizard of the werewolf pack, learned of my plight, she made a special trip to gloat. Standing outside the cage, she took one look at my disheveled appearance and let out a shrill, mocking laugh.
I vividly remembered the day of Alpha’s luna crowning ceremony. The moment Snow stepped into the grand hall, the air seemed to thicken with an ominous presence.
I saw a dark, swirling cloud of misfortune hanging over her.
