Chapter 58
Rhea was completely stunned when I slapped her.
Dexter tried to step in, but I was too fast. Another slap landed. Soon, Rhea’s face was marked with two perfectly symmetrical handprints.
The director was frozen in shock. “If you keep doing this, I’ll have to call the police
“Call the police? Please, go ahead! I’ve been waiting for this. Hurry up and call them. I’d love for the police to see what kind of teacher you have here. Let’s take this to court and see who comes out on top!”
I sneered coldly and pulled out my phone, showing them the video I’d recorded yesterday.
“This footage was taken from your kindergarten’s surveillance cameras, I said. “It shows Ms. Santos bullying my son, even encouraging the whole class to isolate him and treat him with silent cruelty.
“Do you think the other parents will stand by when they find out their kids are being taught to bully each other? Do you really think they’ll let this slide?”
The director hadn’t even finished watching before beads of sweat began to form on her forehead.
Rhea stood there, completely dazed, her hands still covering her face, unable to move or speak.
Looking at her once–innocent face, I felt my anger flare. “Aren’t you going to call the police? I’m waiting. If I don’t get an explanation today, I’m not leaving.
“If you want to make this a big deal, I’ll make it even bigger. Let’s see how many parents are willing to support you.”
Dexter seemed just as shocked. He kept glancing between the video and Rhea, his face a mix of disbelief and fury, but he was too stunned to say anything.
“Ms. Santos, speak up! What the hell is going on here?” The director snapped, finally losing her composure.
Rhea stuttered, unable to form a complete sentence.
Dexter’s face darkened even further. “Why aren’t you speaking? What’s taking so long?”
I gave him a bewildered look. I thought, ‘Something about his tone feels… strange.
Under the pressure, Rhea burst into tears. ‘I–I didn’t mean it that way! I just wanted to teach him a lesson. Juno is too stubborn, I couldn’t control him!”
“So you couldn’t control him, so you used your position to turn the other kids against him and punish him like this?” I said coldly. “Nice strategy.
Rhea’s face twisted. “I didn’t mean to! I won’t do it again!”
“Where’s your office?” I asked sharply.
The director was starting to panic. “Look, I understand you’re upset, but we need to sit down and discuss this calmly.”
“You understand?” I shot back, my voice dripping with contempt. “What exactly do you understand? That your teachers are bullying my son, and you want to smooth things over by talking it out? Not happening.”

Dexter quickly intervened. Stop being so rude, Sylvia”
“Rude? Are you telling me to be polite after they’ve been tormenting my son? Don’t lecture me on manners when your “manly charm seems to only show up when you’re in bed with your mistress,” I snapped, not holding back.
Both Dexter and Rhea went deathly pale.
I shrugged. “Fine, no office. We’ll do it here”
I turned around, grabbed the coffee cup from the director’s desk, and walked straight to the restroom. I scooped some water from the toilet and handed it to Rhea.
I said, “Didn’t you tell the kids to dunk my son’s cup in the toilet and then make him drink from it? If you don’t want me to call the police, drink this. Then we can talk about a solution”
Rhea’s face twisted in disgust, her eyes bulging as if she were about to faint.
Dexter spoke up. “This is going too far. We’re educated, civilized people. We can’t act like this.”
“One more word out of you, and you can drink it for her,” I said..
1 narrowed my eyes. “Dexter, something’s been bothering me. This woman’s been bullying our son, and you keep defending her. Could it be… that your mistress is actually Ms. Santos?”
As soon as the words left my mouth, both of their faces went ashen.
“What are you talking about?” he asked. “That’s bullshit!”
I turned to face Rhea directly.
