I ran my car on the road aimlessly. My head was spinning out of anger at Dylan and Marcus, and a unique encounter with the professor I didn’t know was just another blow to my headache

As I stepped out of the car, the familiar sights and sounds of the park caught my attention, sending me back to a time when my life was simpler. The three of us had grown up together, exploring every beauty and adventure of this park, sharing our deepest secrets and dreams with each other. It used to be our den where we came to play together

Dylan and Marcus, my two childhood sweethearts, suddenly stood before me, their eyes shining with excitement and nostalgia. I happened to meet my classmates who began bullying me, saying I would cause them injury if I remained at the same place as them because I was a bad omen. But, suddenly two handsome boys rushed to my side. They were so fierce and protective, refusing to back down even when the bullies had threatened them

As I opened my eyes, I could almost see the two of them standing in front of me, their faces set in determination. Dylan had been the first to speak up, his voice clear and strong. Leave her alone,” he had said. She’s our friend.”

Marcus had nodded in agreement, his eyes flashing with anger. Yeah, pick

on someone your own size.”

The bullies had backed down, intimidated by the two boys. I had been so
