My husband Force Me Seven Times Abortions for My Sister-in-Law Chapter 7

07

I sent the signed divorce papers to John’s villa. There was nothing left for me there, nothing worth holding on to. I had no intention of ever stepping foot in that house again. Taking out my phone, I quickly changed my flight to the earliest available one and headed straight for the airport, alone

A message from John popped up on my screen

[Rachel, I’m sorry. I got too worked up earlier. I didn’t mean anything by it. It’s just that Yurie has been alone for

so many years. If I can help her even a little, shouldn’t I?

[I’ll be home tonight with a gift for you. Don’t be upset, okay?

I stared at the message, my fingers tightening around my phone. A bitter smile curled at my lips. Even now, he didn’t understand. Even now, he thought this was just me being petty, that all I needed was a meaningless gift to smooth things over

I deleted his contact, along with every number associated with the Smith Family and the weight that had

suffocated me for so long suddenly lifted

When the plane took off, leaving that city far behind, I closed my eyes and let out a slow breath. For the first time in years, I felt free. I was still young, with a whole future ahead of me, full of endless possibilities

Meanwhile, back at the Smith Family villa, John spent the entire day at an amusement park with Yurie and her

son. The boy hadn’t been missing at allhe had simply wandered off for a little while, nothing more. Yet instead of

reprimanding him, John had treated them to a full day of fun, doting on them as if they were his own family

It was late when he finally returned home. As he stepped into the darkened villa, an inexplicable unease crept

into his chest. The house was eerily silent

His foot struck a file on the floor. Frowning, he bent down and picked it up. His fingers trembled as he flipped it

open. Divorce papers

For a moment, his mind refused to process what he was seeing. He scanned the pages again and again, hoping -prayingthat he was mistaken

Then, a crumpled piece of paper slipped from the folder and fell to the floor. It was a letter

[John, let’s end this. You have never truly seen my pain

The words blurred as he read them over and over, his chest tightening with an unfamiliar sensationpanic. His

phone rang

John, the baby has a fever,Yurie’s voice trembled on the other end. He won’t stop crying. I’m so worried. Can

you come over?”

He barely heard her. His grip tightened around the phone before he suddenly hurled it across the room, sending it crashing against the wall

Frantic, he tore through the house, searching for any trace of me, some sign that I hadn’t truly left, that this was

all some kind of cruel joke. But there was nothing. I was gone

Every call he made was met with the same responseblocked

The woman who had always been obedient, who had always stayed no matter what he did, had truly left hi

The door burst open. Yurie stepped inside, her eyes already glistening with tears. John, what’s wrong? The baby is burning up and I didn’t know what to do. I had no choice but to come to you.”

She followed his gaze and spotted the divorce papers on the floor

A slow smile crept onto her lips. Well, isn’t this a good thing?she said softly, placing a delicate hand on his

arm. Now that she’s gone, we can finally be together without hiding.”

She leaned in closer. She made this choice herself, John. There’s nothing you can do about it.”

For the first time, John saw her clearly. The gentle, pitiful woman he had spent years protectingwas this who

she truly was

Disquetourdled in his stomach With a charn above he pushed bar away “You and I will never be together Hie

Disgust curdled in his stomach. With a sharp shove, he pushed her away. You and I will never be together. His voice was ice. If the child is sick, take him to the hospital yourself. I don’t have time for this.”

Yurie’s face twisted in shock. But John-”

He didn’t hear the rest. He had already grabbed his keys and stormed out the door

I need to get Rachel back,he muttered under his breath

Somewhere far away, a flight attendant gently nudged my shoulder. Miss, we’ve landed.”

I blinked, disoriented, before realizing I had arrived at my destination

As I stepped off the plane, a familiar voice called my name

Rachel!”

I barely had time to react before Rammy came running toward me, her arms wrapping tightly around me in an embrace

It’s been so long! I’ve missed you so much. Her voice wavered with emotion. Ever since you got married, we’ve barely seen each other. Five years, Rachel. Five whole years.”

I felt my own throat tighten

For the first time in what felt like forever, I was home
