“What’s it to you?” Summer shoved Margot away, pointing at her as he yelled, “If it weren’t because of you, Nicole and I would have been married by now!”
“Oh, what’s it to me?” Margot retorted, her voice shrill. “You slept with me, now you have to take responsibility.”
She yelled like a shrew, compeletely losing the grace she once had.
“Nonsense. It’s you who lost your shame, crawling into my bed. I never even touched you” Summer said with disdain.
“It’s all your fault, Margot suddenly turned and glared at me, her eyes full of hatred.

I watched the drama unfold ironically.
“You’re just relying on your looks, aren’t you? Let’s see if anyone will still like you if you’re disfigured. Margot lunged at me with her claws outstretched.
Suddenly, a man appeared in front of me, slapping Margot across the face.
Margot stared in horror at the man before her. “H–Honey?”
I glanced at the man and immediately recognized him–Margot’s husband, Peter Cannon.
Peter looked travel–worn and haggard, but his eyes locked onto Margot with murderous intent.
“Why are you back?” Margot asked, trying to

Peter jerked his am away and sneered, “How would I know you’ve been cheating on me if I didn’t come back?”
“I did’t” Margot protested, pointing at me. “She’s lying! I didn’t ever cheat on you! I even had Zoe for you!”
“Thank you for reminding me” Peter pulled out a stack of documents and threw them in Margot’s face.
“You have the nerve to say Zoe is my daughter? I’ve done a paternity test. She’s not mine. I felt sorry for you going through all the pain of childbirth, so I endured family pressure not to have a second child. Finally I end up being played as a fool. You must feel real proud, don’t you?” Peter’s voice was filled with rage.

Margot trembled, speechless.
“You’ve been making a fool of me for years. I won’t let you get away easily, Peter spat, his fury palpable.
The crowd around us seemed to be enjoying the spectacle, their expressions filled with disdain as they looked at Margot.
Peter’s sudden return? Of course, it was because I had informed him.
When Margot was detained, the police had to contact her family, so I provided Peter’s number.
How could a husband don’t show up when his wife was in trouble?

Peter turned around and punched Summer in the face. “And you! I trusted you so much, so I asked you to look after my wife. This is how you took care of her? By getting her into your bed?”
“If you hadn’t asked me for help, I wouldn’t have gotten tangled up with this crazy woman!” Summer shot back, landing a punch on Peter.
The two of them started fighting.
