Chapter 6
Unfortunately, Trevor didn’t pay any attention at all. He was still displaying his affection, declaring his love.
“My baby was the best baby in the world, and in the future, I wanted to dress her in a pure white wedding dress and bring her home to marry her.”
Looking at the glaring red on his collar, Jocelynn asked in a hoarse voice, “Who is your baby?”
Trevor pinched her face and said, “Of course, it’s you, Jocelynn.”
His allection was gerine, his love was gemine, but how could he not notice any change in her?
Oh, Trevor, Trevor, drunk words are true words, but how much of you now is trite, and how much is false?
Jocelynn swallowed the bitter pill and painfully withdrew her hand, bit by bit, from Trevor’s embrace
“Jocelynn, don’t go.”
Seeing Jocelynn, who appeared too calms, Trevor quickly tightened his grip on her hand.
His heart was both anxious and chaotic, always feeling that once he let go, he would lose her forever.
“Stay by my side, don’t go…”
Jocelynn looked at the red mark on his collar and trembled as she pulled her hand away. “You’re dirty, go wash up.”
After saying that, she went back to her room.
After a while, Trevor, who had changed into his
is pajamas, returned to the room
He lay gently by the bedside, carefully explaining to Jocelynn, “I just took a shower and noticed a red mark on my collar… It must have been accidentally touched by someone else. Jocelynn, please don’t misunderstand”
Jocelynn turned her back to him, and tears poured out once again as a result of his words. She struggled to hold back the sobs, not wanting to be noticed.
“Well, go to sleep.”
These days, Trevor would come home early from the laboratory every day to accompany Jocelynn, and he would even personally make a loving breakfast.
“Jocelynn, when we got married in the future, I would go into the kitchen every day, and you just had to be responsible for tasting the delicious food!”
Listening to the man’s anticipation for the future, Jocelynn, who had already calmed down, looked indifferent and didn’t say a word.
They, oh, had no future long ago.
Mobile phone schedule reminder, six–day countdown.
She was leaving in just six days.
By then, Trevor no longer needed to lovingly tell her “I love you” and give his desire to share to another girl.
Sunday, 7 a.m.
Trevor woke up early and prepared his travel backpack
“Jocelynn, we had agreed earlier to go to the Amusement Park this weekend, but today we will drive to Woodpond instead.”
Jocelynn was taken aback, she didn’t expect Trevor to know about this matter.
Since he still remembered, I will give him another chance.
He broke up with her at the Amusement Park
Jocelynn didn’t hesitate and nodded directly.
The two of them went downstairs together and just arrived at the parking lot when they noticed an unexpected guest standing next to
the white car – Miranda.
“Senior, you finally came down.”
Miranda waved her hand, her high ponytail exuding youthful vitality, completely different from the bikini babe look of a few days ago
Jocelynn’s heart sank as she looked at Trevor and said, “Isn’t it just the two of us?”
Trevor’s expression flickered for a moment as he stammered, “Miranda is also going to Woodpond today. She couldn’t buy a high–speed train ticket, so she asked me to accompany her all the way.”
Jocelynm sighed bitterly in her heart.
Taking her to the Amusement Park was probably a lie, but giving Miranda a gift was true.
She was just brought along.
Without waiting for her to say anything, Miranda had already opened the door of the passenger seat and turned her head to look at Jocelyn
“I felt a little dizzy in the car, so I could only sit in the passenger seat. My senior brother often says that you are understanding, so you shouldn’t mind, right?”
Jocelynn tugged at the corner of her mouth, what could she care about? She didn’t even want this person, let alone a co–pilot
“It’s okay, sit wherever you like.
Trevor noticed that Jocelynn didn’t look well, but he still let Miranda get in the car.
Driving to Woodpond.
Trevor saw Jocelynn sleeping through the rearview mirror and couldn’t help but ask Miranda in a low voice, “Now you can finally tell me what you did in Woodpond, right?”
Before, I asked her on WhatsApp, but she insisted on only telling him if she could catch a ride.
Miranda blinked her eyes and said, “I had a date with a boy at the Amusement Park.”
As the words tell, Trevor’s face suddenly changed.
