Karl opened the door, holding the task card, and nearly jumped out of his skin when he saw Bianca standing right there.
With a confused look on his face, he asked, “Bianca? What are you doing at my door?”
Bianca flashed a small smile and said, “Karl, I came to see you. I need a little favor.”
“What favor?” Karl felt uneasy all over.
Bianca kept smiling, her voice sweet as honey, “Oh, it’s nothing much. You’re a singer, and so is Trevon. He wants to release an album but is a bit lost, so I was wondering if you could talk to him about it?”
Talking about music was no big deal for Karl. Though he hated Trevon with a passion, he wasn’t petty enough to refuse helping him on something like this. But helping? That was a different story.
“Sure, we can talk about it sometime,” he said casually,
Bianca’s smile widened. She had been worried, after all, that Karl would turn her down. According to the rumors, he was known for his bad temper, but to her surprise, he agreed so quickly.
A thrill ran through her. With her charm, no one could resist her. No one could escape the allure of her red dress.
Just as she was about to change the subject, out of nowhere, Elaine appeared and stood directly between them, cutting off their conversation.
“Karl, up so early today?”
Karl stretched and yawned. “I slept so well last night. Elaine, didn’t you say the hotel serves breakfast? I’ve never tried Kesnialand breakfast. I’m really looking forward to it.”
Elaine nodded. “Breakfast is ready in the lobby. I’ve already woken Chelsea and the others up. You’re the last one.”
“Great, let’s go eat.”
Karl’s mind was already on the delicious breakfast, and he barely even noticed Bianca standing there. With a cheery bounce in his step, he followed Elaine, leaving Bianca standing awkwardly behind.
Elaine, ever indifferent, didn’t spare Bianca a second glance. Whether on–camera or off, her feelings about Bianca were the same–neutral, uninterested
Elaine and Karl walked toward the breakfast area, and Elaine couldn’t resist asking him about their earlier conversation.
“What did Bianca want to talk to you about?”
Karl shrugged. “Nothing much. She just wanted me to talk to Trevon about music. Apparently, he’s planning to release an alburn. Didn’t he write some songs before? I remember he had some fans on Twitter.”
Elaine immediately understood–Bianca was gearing up to act. She was going to steal the songs Mandala had written for
Karl.
Elaine smiled knowingly and said, “Well, that’s a good sign. Maybe it’ll help him.”
Karl looked genuinely excited as he spoke. “Mandala contacted me last night. She disappeared for a bit, but now everything’s sorted out, and she’s going to finish writing the rest of my album.”
Elaine feigned surprise, though she already knew. “Oh? That’s great news.”

Karl nodded with a confident smile. “Now I just need to find some inspiration. Til keep working with Mandala. This album is going to be something special”
Elaine felt a twinge of sympathy for Karl. She knew the pain he was about to face.
She remembered the first time Bianca had stolen his songs–Trevon released his first, and then Karl, with his album full of
stolen by Bianca, was branded a plagiarist. The public turned on him, fans disappointed and angry, and he was forced to leave the industry.

Music was Karl’s passion, his love. Bianca, selfish as always, destroyed that passion for her own gain, and then abandoned him. She had a long history of using people, tossing them aside when they no longer served her.
Karl had no idea what awaited him, but seeing Elaine’s supportive gaze, he laughed. “Thanks, Elaine.”
Meanwhile, Bianca was hard at work using the variety show as a cover to steal Karl’s songs. Elaine, playing along, gradually handed over the seven songs that Mandala had written for Karl.
Karl remained blissfully unaware of what was happening.
Bianca thought she had succeeded, and even handed the seven songs over to Trevon, proudly telling him they were all written by Mandala.
Trevon, a huge fan of Mandala, couldn’t contain his excitement when he saw the lyrics. “This is incredible. These are definitely Mandala’s works!”
Without a second thought, he rushed forward and hugged Bianca, planting a big kiss on her cheek.
“Thank you so much, Bianca! Once my album blows up, I’ll be sure to thank you properly”
In the music industry, when Mandala’s name was attached to a song, everyone knew it was bound to be a hit.
Bianca, though shocked and disgusted by the kiss, forced a smile and pulled away from Trevon’s embrace. He was so caught up in his excitement that he didn’t even notice the sour expression on her face.
When Book Elf relayed this scene to Elaine, she nearly laughed.
“Let them enjoy their little moment of glory while it lasts.”
Book Elf shook his head. “I can’t believe Trevon just believed Bianca like that. He didn’t even bother verifying anything. He’s using those songs without a second thought. I’m amazed.”
Elaine chuckled. “Don’t underestimate the Yeats family. Do you think Trevon didn’t know these songs were suspicious? He’s just too focused on his own success. Right now, he’s willing to use anything to make it big in the music world. If the Yeats family collapses, at least he’ll have something to show for it
Book Elf frowned. “So the Yeats family is all about power and profit, huh?”
Elaine smiled knowingly. “Exactly. Bianca and the Yeats familytre a perfect match. Like Grandpa always said, people with crooked hearts can’t go far. They’re too used to taking shortcuts. It’s only a matter of time before they fall.”
Book Elf nodded. “Let’s wait and see, then.”
For the next week, the filming of the show went smoothly with Elaine leading the way. Chelsea and Laura felt like they were on a relaxing vacation, but Sebastian, who was used to relying on Elaine, was having a much harder time.
“Without her, he had to handle everything himself, and it led to a string of hilarious mishaps. But through it all, the audience couldn’t stop laughing-
During the filming. Trevon made an announcement on Twitter about his upcoming album. His fans flooded the post, eager

to support him.
Trevon, with his modest success in the music world, had gained a decent following.
Karl, seeing Trevon’s post, was a bit taken aback. “Wow, he’s written all seven songs already? He was just telling me he hadn’t finished writing anything!”
Elaine just smiled and shrugged. “Who knows?”
