Chapter 5
Fidn’t know what he was being stubborn about, even though I didn’t mention breaking up, we left, together with my ex, and anyone could understand what it represented.
It was just Harry not believing in himself, but I didn’t expect him to stoop so low and come looking for me.
I didn’t want to waste any more words with him, exerting all my strength to suppress, almost exhausting all my patience.
I saw him not speaking and said loudly, “You understand very well! We broke
up, the eight–year relationship is over! From now on, you can no longer command me to come whenever you call!”
“If you still don’t believe it, then I will keep saying and repeating it, I broke up with you! We can never go back to the past!”
Harry clung tightly to the door frame, the veins on his forehead bulging, and gritted his teeth as he said, “Valery, I’ve said it a thousand times, ten thousand times, I didn’t say we were breaking up, you can never leave me!”
“What did I do wrong? You said we’re breaking up, and now that you’re gone, what am I supposed to do?”
After hearing his words, I suddenly burst into laughter. I didn’t expect him to say such childish things.
When we were at a stalemate, he suddenly said with a sour expression, “Valery, how come you’ve gained so much weight in just one week since you left?”
I shrugged indifferently and said, “So what if I gained weight? I’m happy in my heart, so naturally I eat whatever I want.”
I didn’t lie about this. Harry has high standards and he likes a tall and slim hot figure.
So in order to please him, I basically only ate one meal a day, and if I didn’t eat that meal, I would be. ordered by him to do work. As a result, I became thin and pale from hunger, like a little cat.
I said with a smile, “Cristofer is here, I can eat whatever I want. Last time I talked to you about that French restaurant’s brownie cake for a long time, but you never took me there. But he bought me five of them all at once, and I ate them all by myself.”
His eyes trembled and shimmered with a few tears, “I was really busy before and didn’t have
time…”
I shook my head and interrupted him, “You don’t need to lie to yourself anymore. You always had the time, and you even went out of your way to buy a plane ticket for Janet. So it’s not that you didn’t have the time, you just didn’t want to waste it on someone unimportant.“/

“I know you were just jealous and angry. You have loved me for eight years, how is it possible to suddenly say you don’t love me anymore?”
I was almost defeated by his innocence.
But before he could finish his words, he was swept away by a gust of wind and harshly slammed into
the wall.
It was Cristofer with an extremely gloomy expression on his face.
Do you know that trespassing in a hotel was illegal?”
Harry saw the person clearly and immediately arched his waist, like an enraged lion.
“What business do you have meddling in my affairs with her? The one who should leave is you!”
After saying that, he went forward and was about to wrestle with Cristofer, but Cristofer was much stronger than him and immediately gained the upper hand.
“Valery broke up with you! Can’t you control your possessiveness?”
Watching the two people wrestling with each other, I could only shout, “Stop!”

I stepped forward and slapped both of them, finally helplessly inserting myself between the two of them, and then gave up.
